Terms and Conditions for ordering with Hyperactive Farms.

Shipping and Delivery policies

Hyperactive Farms ships nationwide. We offer following delivery options:

  • To-door overnight deliveries via FedEx. This is the fastest and most reliable, but in the same time the most expensive delivery option.
  • Via trucking company (Armellini, Florida Beauty, Golden Lines etc.). This option is the most cost effective, however also the slowest one.
  • Via airline to the closest airport. The option is intended for bigger orders, where the demand is for both speed and cost effectiveness. In this case customers have to pick up the flowers from the airport and make their own arrangements for the product to reach the final destination.

Returns and Refunds

  • Customers must inspect the product upon arrival to their facility.
  • Any quality problems, shortages, or wrong product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
  • Hyperactive Farms requests a minimum of three photographs of the product or may request a return of the product. Photos must demonstrate the problem and the number of stems impacted by it.
The required images are as follows:

  • close up of the product
  • panoramic – larger view of the product (i.e. bunches)
  • photograph of the box label
A credit request must be completed to document the problem, including the following information:

  • date received
  • invoice number
  • product
  • units claimed
  • reason for claim (with explanation)
  • the total dollar amount of claim
Upon validation of the customer’s claim, a credit memo will be issued and sent to the customer via email, fax, or mail.

Hyperactive Farms is not responsible for problems occurring during shipping from our locations to your facility, including late deliveries caused by weather or acts of God.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled no later than 6:00pm U.S. West Cost Time, on the day before shipping.
